Attitude of Gratitude

There is so much to be thankful for.  What you are thankful for is not what others will be thankful for.  Our gratitude and thankfulness should never be compared to others.  Our gratitude is personal like religion or politics.   Your gratefulness can be shared or kept personal, but should be practiced every day.

'The Science:  People who are thankful for what they have are better able to cope with stress, have more positive emotions, and are better able to reach their goals.  Scientist have even noted that gratitude is associated with improved health.  (2014 Dr. Mercola)'

Attitude of gratitude can lead to a happier and healthier life.  Start today by just listing one thing you are grateful or thankful for.  Tomorrow, two things you are grateful for, and so on… keep building your list, and see how your health and life changes.

Thankful for all those who read this and are inspired.

Blessings!
